Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If the order is cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order subject to product not dispatched we will refund your payments. Please Contact our Customer Service Team to place a cancellation request by calling our Customer Service number @ +91 63745 55568. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. LOGAS makes best possible efforts to provide quality products and services. All models undergo quality checks and required tests to ensure: efficiency, electrical safety & reliability.


Returns

The following are only covered under Return Policy:

  1. Manufacturer / Brand Warranty Products.
  2. Damaged / Defective Product.

Any items which doesnt fall in any of the above category will not be considered for returns. There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number @ +91 63745 55568


Exchange

We only exchange goods under warranty if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on sales@logasapp.com or call us on +91 63745 55568 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive a request for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will initiate. Refund amount is calculated by deducting shipping charges from your original payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
